As Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Yusuf Karim leads Fleetway Solutions, a full service national 3PL provider. He is a Michigan native where his life-long career is solely based in transportation and logistics. His vision and over 40 combined years of industry experience as a logistics coordinator, car hauler and freight transporter, has allowed the company to achieve unprecedented growth and efficiencies.

Mr. Karim’s executive leadership is greater than just his presence and operational oversite. He is passionate about delivering tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of 3PL clients and prioritizes the development of each colleague, fostering a culture of inclusion and continuous improvement.

 

Mr. Karim was awarded the top performing Business Capacity Owner (BCO) after coordinating over 3,200 freight transportation loads in a single year for a high-profile customer.  His expertise, in-depth knowledge, and hands-on experience as an industry expert ultimately serves as the company’s assurance, exceptional service and support make us the organization of choice.
