Yusuf A. Karim
Founder & CEO
​
As Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Yusuf Karim leads Fleetway Solutions, a full service national 3PL provider. He is a Michigan native where his life-long career is solely based in transportation and logistics. His vision and over 40 combined years of industry experience as a logistics coordinator, car hauler and freight transporter, has allowed the company to achieve unprecedented growth and efficiencies.

Mr. Karim’s executive leadership is greater than just his presence and operational oversite. He is passionate about delivering tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of 3PL clients and prioritizes the development of each colleague, fostering a culture of inclusion and continuous improvement.
Mr. Karim was awarded the top performing Business Capacity Owner (BCO) after coordinating over 3,200 freight transportation loads in a single year for a high-profile customer. His expertise, in-depth knowledge, and hands-on experience as an industry expert ultimately serves as the company’s assurance, exceptional service and support make us the organization of choice.

Cindi Parsano
COO
Cindi Parsano, Chief Operating Officer, has been with Fleetway Solutions since its conception. She has nearly two decades of executive management experience working with and for publicly traded Fortune 500 companies.
​
Ms. Parsano brings depth, operational experience, supply chain, and logistics services to clients to improve profitability and timely deliveries. Continuous improvement practices, strategic planning, supply chain, and logistic solutions. Her operations management has been successful and applied to leverage this experience to Logistics and Supply Chain management.

Fleetway Solutions’ performance in supply chain and logistics operational management is the result of employing an approach to continuously improve top-notch service to our customers, including; process controls, and efficiency management utilized in manufacturing and B2B and B2C for timely pickups and deliveries. Ms. Parsano has been recognized for excellence and discipline in performance in several industries, including FOK, Hazmat, and Hazmat/Tanker-Endorsed freight. Ms. Parsano earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Psychology and a Juris Doctorate In Labor Law From Loyola Marymount University.

Ms. Parsano has served as a member of the executive committee of the board of directors of the Golden Acres Rescue and Horse Therapy. She supports myriad charitable endeavors including the Boys and Girls Clubs and A Child’s Hope Fund, Make a Wish Foundation.
